- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a €50 administration fee
- Cancellations made between 30–60 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable
However, registrations may be transferred to another colleague from the same organisation at no additional cost at any time prior to the event. Please notify our team by email to arrange a transfer.
